Yes, pets are allowed.

Can any of the rooms work as adjoining suites?

Yes, Units #3 and #4 share a common vestibule with one exterior door. The keyless entry doors to each unit can be coded the same for your stay.

Does the Inn provide an airport shuttle?

No, but ride share options are available from the airport such as Uber and Lyft as well as taxi service.

Is off-street parking available?

Yes, one designated parking spot is provided for each unit.
